Check with ENT: You may have nasal polyps or other issues such as allergy, deviated septum, sinusitis etc. Check with ent.

Nasal congestion: Use salt water washes, saline nasal mist up to four times daily, and last case scenario is to use a nasal decongestant for only a couple of days.
