Bump on scrotum: Does it feel like its near the surface? If so - sounds like a small sebaceous cyst. I would try warm compresses - and see whether it resolves on its own - if its small you can certainly try squeezing it - if its red and tender and large you may need some antibiotics. I would try the moist heat first and take it from there. Good Luck
