Not serious yet: They could be infected and need medical attention. Then you should go to a quick care or one of the walkin clinics or one in a grocery store or pharmacy at least. Do not worry, you just need the right medicine. The medicine should not be expensive. It might be inflammation then you can use steroids in your head. That will help a lot too. But you need a professional's help or you could get sick.
