Additional Workup: What about ua (looking for blood), GI (bowel problems), physical exam, ultrasound of kidney ? What is status of adrenal tumor? Too many questions are unanswered to help you with a diagnosis. Consider a second opinion.

Ive had left flank pain and severe nausea, vomiting. All bloods normal except one of the enzymes is elevated associated with pancreatitis. What does it mean if only 1 of the two enzymes is elevated? Its either lipase or amylase that is elevated?

My blood tests showed normal levels of amylase (81) and lipase (26). Comp metabolic panels are all in range. However, CT scan showed chronic inflammation on the pancreas tail and body. Is this a good indication of pancreatic cancer?
Are normal cbc, billuprin, amylase and lipase levels, CT scan and qualitative fecal fat test a good indication against pancreatic cancer?
