Lean,Mean,Machine: NO! You need to recover for at least a day, 2 or 3 would be better. And in-between do other physical activities. Plus, do it too much and you might burn-out on it. That would be a shame. Also, you may not get the weight reduction results you want because of the possible increase in muscle mass, but the fat will decrease if you keep it up... Lean, mean sprinting machine...
