Maybe, maybe not: With multiple symptoms, a full check-up by a primary care doctor is the best way to go. The doctor will talk with the patient, do an exam, and check some lab tests. Sometimes a few of the symptoms are related, which still means that there can be 2 or more problems going on at the same time.
