Malabsorption: The cause of the diarrhea should be looked for -it's possible you have malabsorption which is affecting everything else. When you think about all the important nutrients in foods-- you may not be getting them because of the diarrhea. An ID or a GI doc would be a good place to start. There could be more to your health issues too that need a thorough evaluation. Hope you can get this checked ASAP.

Whats the cause?: I agree that malabsorption may be causing some of the brain fog and fatigue but what is causing the loose stools? Food intolerance may be the root cause and avoiding known irritants like wheat and dairy may be a place to start. Further, do you live or work in a water damaged building?
