Not typically : If this is your stable Hb and you have no symptoms then this is not a emergency. You need to be worked up for iron def. if this is a major change in your Hb from baseline then you should seek care soon. Best of luck

Iron deficiency: no it is not emergency. in young female the most common cause is chronic blood loss from menses. or multi para. and these days we see many patient due to bariatric surgery due to lack of absorption.take iron pills over the counter and mulivitamin
