Idk bc why?: Nothing can be good when one has symptoms as you describe. Sounds like all the makings of a traumatic event. Best advice is to remove all doubt and have it examined by a specialist. Until that can be done, try elevating, resting and applying ice to stem the tide. Use crutches and stay off it.

A couple of thoughts: I see you posted a few times. Originally, you mentioned pain to middle three toes and I agree I would consider a neuroma. Now, after this post, I would consider a stress fracture. See a foot doc and get an xray. Ice the foot and stay off of it. A post op or surgical shoe would be helpful until a diagnosis can be given to you.
