Pain: When were you transplanted ? Was the surgery recent? Also did you miss any of meds? And do you have any pain on movement or pain while passing urine. In some patients recent surgery can cause some pain due to nerve injury. This is assuming many variables. Best optic is to see your transplant doc. Call them and see them. Most patients can feel some pain weeks post transplant. Best of luck
