Sharp pains i left kidney... started this morning on both sides subsided and now back. pain about 6/10 could it be infection or stones?

Pain: Saying you have pain in your kidney is not as helpful, as stating the location of your pain, what brings it on, do you have other symptoms. Start over-describe your symptoms, but don't use the word kidney to describe your symptoms.
