Im a diabetic and cant seem to lose weight what should i do?

Calorie reduction : Loosing weight requires reduction in calorie intake. Look for hidden calorie cookies, basked goods, processed food are all high in calorie. Eating regale small meals with a balanced diet is first step. After advice from your MD a work out regimen is needed. Again the first step is decrease in calorie and make choices that are healthy. Best of luck this is never easy and hang in there.
