Growth: At age 18, most people have mostly stopped growing. If you had a normal puberty, you get a growth spurt and then the growth plates in your bones close off and growth stops. If you puberty was delayed, or if there was inadequate nutrition, then there may be some growth left. If you eat a healthy diet, the pills will do nothing .

Grow taller: Before you consider "grow taller pills" please have your pediatric doctor to give you a copy of your height and weight growth curves. Without that information you should not try and change anything. Let me know the data when you get it. Don't delay!
