Not so Easy.: Treating plantar fasciitis is easy, the problem is that often the heel is slow to respond or unresponsive to some of the treatments. Early treatment, offers the fastest response and best chance for early relief. The longer the condition has been there the harder it is to relieve. You can certainly try ice, stretching, night splints and if they work, great. Often, rest, elevation and heat help.
