Orbital Fracture: Greetings. By definition an orbital fracture with entrapment becomes a surgical consideration in the right patient. First you would need to have double vision with upward gaze. Also your eye movements would need to be limited because of the fracture limiting muscle movement. A CT image is usually needed prior to surgery. Finally seeing an experienced board certified surgeon is recommended. GL
