Orbital fracture: Can't really answer your question in this format, esp within 400 characters. Some orbital floor 'blowout' fractures need to be repaired and some can be observed with proper follow-up. The important factors in the decision are a clinical exam and the CT scan. A telemedicine consult with adequate review of scan may be a more helpful 3rd opinion.
