Rapidly: The facial area is well vascularized and a good blood supply enhances healing. Facial fractures, even which requiring surgical assistance heal rapidly, generally over a period of 1-3 weeks. There can be some minor symptoms which last several months related to re-organization of the disrupted nervous system in the injured area.
