Depression: While dopamine blockers (eg antipsychotics) can cause flat moods, the atypical ones described can help depression esp when combined with antidepressants. Why were these meds prescribed in the first place. My assumption as a young person you might have been treated for a form of bipolar. This should be treated with mood stabilizers and perhaps other meds. Find a psychiatrist for tx
