A member asked:

Ana saying "speckeled" pattern- what's the most common autoimmune we see with that? , mine is 1:80. can that show up with alkalizing spondolitis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

ANA not significant: A speckled pattern is nonspecific and is not associated with any one disease. A titer of 1:80 is borderline. Therefore, there is doubt the ANA in your case has any clinical significance. The ANA is not associated with ankylosing spondylitis.
