Lingual lesions: These may be entirely normal, but the best thing to do is to have a doctor or a dentist examine these and tell you what they think. Without seeing them would only be guessing.

White bumps: Metronidazole (flagyl) is an antibiotic, and it can disturb the levels of your oral flora, depressing bacterial levels and encouraging fungal levels. In other words, you may have Thrush. However there are may, many other reasons for "white bumps," and you should be examined immediately by your General Dentist or by a specialist Oral Pathologist.
