I suffered a phalanx fracture a month ago. the skin is hard,black & finger immobile. doc say its skin gangrene we'd wait & watch. what is it future?

Need aggressive: treat meant , to save the finger and spread of infection to the hand , injury may be more extensive than you are describing , speak to your doctor again , or preferably see a hand surgeon.
