See a hand surgeon: I presume that you are saying the healing has started. It all depends on how far along the fracture is. Many of these can be manipulated or surgically treated to correct malalignment. If the alignment in okay, then starting therapy to improve motion and function may be appropriate. So, a lot depends on the xrays and the time since the injury.
