Had two blood tests last week. bnp was 11 on tuesday. pro bnp was 67 on wednesday. how do these tests differ? is my bnp going up?

I got a blood test done to check the severity of heart trouble i have been having called N-Terminal Pro-BNP. The result came back 1420. I just turned 35. I had endocarditis when I was 19. My heart hurts. I can't do stairs. How much trouble am I in?
