i had some kind of yellowish liquid come out of my lobe piercing. it don't know if it's puss. piercing doesn't look red (to me). is piercing infected?

Probably not: Itch? How long since piercing? Using antiseptic or antibiotic? Allergies to antibiotics are common.

SUGGESTION: SEE YOUR PCP.
YOU CAN TRY SOME FAIRLY WARM COMPRESSES FOLLOWED BY AN ANTIBIOTIC OINTMENT FOR A FEW DAYS FIRST , , , AND IF IT IS STILL THERE SEE YOUR DOCTOR
