Unlikely: These do not appear to be infected and only in the process of being inflamed as a result of the damage you have done. The scars suggest you have done this before. You are very seriously mentally ill and in need of urgent help. Please seek psychiatric assistance immediately.

I fell. Got open cut on knee & became infected. Went to Urgent Care & PA put me on Bactrim. Told me wash it & put nothing on it. I"m 2 days on antibiotic. I see no more puss/yellow color but it is red & little raw looking. does this seem right?
