Umbilical pain: Can be reflux from acid or H pylori and may respond to maalox or ranitidine or prevecid . For H pylori need antibiotics to completely clear. or can be gallbladder Or can be the beginning of appendicitis especially if moves to right lower abdomen. Would follow up today with doc/ urgent care
