No ....: As you know, helicobacter pylori is the causal agent for peptic ulcer disease. Possibly you are suggesting that the symptoms of h. pylori--abdominal pain, nausea, loss of appetite--contributed to your weight loss, and maybe it did. But untreated/uncured h.pylori and ulcers can lead to serious problems; you should definitely pursue treatment and cure. Control weight with balancing calories/activity
