Have H. Pylori reckd: If you had a history of h. Pylori, and it wasn't treated fully, then you may still have problems with gastritis. However if it was treated fully, and you had a negative breath test, and you're still having pain still at night, then you need to call your doctor. So s/he can do a physical to investigate your complaint. Sometimes, eating too close to bedtime can cause heartburn too ; should be avoided.
