It is possible: Did you confirm the eradication after the antibiotics? (usually via breath test) if the antibiotics did not completely eradicate the h. Pylori the gastritis is likely still present and possibly worse. In other cases h.Pylori coexists with other stomach problems including acid reflux and even if you successfully treat the h.Pylori you will need to address the other factors. See your doctor.
