GO TO EMERGENCY ROOM: Post concussion headache can cause the symptoms you are having. However it is concerning that you seem to be experiencing more significant symptoms. Bleeding in the brain from a severe contusion can present with symptoms acutely or more chronically over weeks. Please go to the nearest Emergency Room today for evaluation &treatment, including CT Head scan and thorough investigation today.
