NOT SURPRISING: Topamax (topiramate) (sometimes known as "dopeamax") very often causes both speech and cognitive issues due to it's affect on an short-term memory pathway (perforant pathway, ampa). Would advise considering possibly depakote, or Naproxen (not beta blockers or calcium channel blockers). But how about otc preps such as riboflavin, coq-10, butterbur, feverfew, maybe magnesium, and lastly botox?
