Pilonidal cyst: The most likely cause is a pilonidal cyst. Patients with crohns can have perinatal asbscess but this is less common. If you have fevers, chills then you must seek attention quicker. Warm tub baths help. If they enlarge and get worse, they can be incised. Avoid shaving in that area too
