Low carb and higher: protein food plans work well for some folks. See your doc to see if this is ok for you. if so, things like eggs, cheese, fruits, vegetables, etc. are good for you and avoid bread, pasta,and junk food. Peace and good health. Read labels to select for lower protein foods.
