?tendonitis: This may be acute bilateral tendonitis or arthritis. ?any precipitating causes. ?any redness or swelling. Try warm or cold applications and,if you can take them,NSAIDS like ibuprofen should help. A rheumatologist is best qualified to evaluate,advise and treat you if symptoms persist and appropriate tests will be ordered.
