No easy answer: Carpal tunnel syndrome is an impingement of the median nerve at the wrist, and it can be resistant to treatment. There is a long list of possible options; bracing, medications, ergonomic adaptations, injections, surgery, therapies and more. This problem should be carefully treated with a clinician so that you can keep track of what works and what doesn't. Honestly that is my best answer.

Splinting: Initial treatments for carpal tunnel include night splinting with the wrist in neutral position. If that fails an injection or surgery is offered especially if the condition is severe
