Normal range:: The normal range of phosphate in a 24 hour urine varies with the particular lab doing the test, but generally it is 0.4-1.3 grams/24 hours. See http://www.emedicinehealth.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=128989

On the report: The normal range should be on be report. This range could vary among labs, so you should beget the full report from your specimen and lab to find the answer. Whomever ordered the test should have this information. Hope this helps!

Why do you ask?: The 24 urine phosphate is to a very close approximation a measure of how much phosphate was in your diet and got absorbed. It's not a parameter that otherwise affects your health. If it's way-low, we know we don't have a 24 hour urine.
