Brown, tissue-like specks in urine, combined with slight itching and heavy brown (not red) spotting, am a virgin: gyn or urinary issue or normal?

Urine vs GYN issue: Discolored urine or debris in the urine may be a product of the urine stream collecting debris from the periurethral area (where the urine comes out is called your urethra). It could also be a sign of urinary infection. Conversely, vaginal itching and unusual discharge may be a yeast or bacterial infection of the vagina. This is best differentiated by physical examination.
