Hiatal hernia : Small hernias are not to worry about. Your symptoms could be related to reflux disease, which is typically easily controlled with a variety of anti-acid medications. Large hernias, also called paraesophageal hernias, can also cause problems such as pain, difficulty eating, anemia, and bloating. Best to see your primary care provider for a proper eval. Take some tums (calcium carbonate) or rolaids in the meantime. I hope this helps!
