Ramadan Fasting?: If you are exposed to lots of sun and not drinking water and eating, you are getting dehydrated and may be developing Heat Exhaustion. So please stay indoors and cool off with cold showers, Rest well and try to eat/ mainly drink lots of liquid when you are allowed to eat Best wishes. If you have Migrain then this also gets flared up with fasting
