Exercise turns fat: into muscle. Maybe what you perceive as increase is really stronger muscle. We cant' really spot reduce. Weight and fat is removed from the entire body and in that way belly fat can be removed. Check w/doc for proper exercise and/or see a trainer at a gym. Peace and good health.
