If prescribed: Acetaminophen (paracetamol or tylenol) & amoxicillin are both safe in pregnancy and have both been used extensively for many years.If your doctor feels that u need them u should definitely use them.Fever can cause problems if it is too high or lasts too long.Antibiotics aren't helpful for colds since they are caused by viruses and don't respond to antibiotics so be sure ur doctor says u need amox.
