See a GI doctor: In a 29 yo this could be due to narrowing of the esophagus due to acid reflux, reflux esophagitis(typically painful), eosinophilic esophagitis (eoe). A GI doctor might perform a barium swallow study and or an upper endoscopy to evaluate further.
