I think a cardiologist is best to investigate her symptoms and to check for POTS ( postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). This seems to be more common in females starting in teenage years in some cases. Some patients may only have simple postural hypotension & not true POTS but her palpitations are suspicious.
