Hidradenitis?: The combination of "bacterial infections in the armpit" plus these particular antibiotics suggest your doctor is treating you for hidradenitis suppurativa. HA itself is not an infection, but it has very similar symptoms, and infection can complicate HA. If so, these antibiotics are typical and should help.
