Pelvic Ultrasound: "Bulky" probably just means "enlarged". Pelvic ultrasound is used to evaluate uterine growth. Assuming you aren't pregnant, you could have fibroids, adenomyosis, or ovarian cysts (which can be confused with uterine enlargement depending on their location). Ultrasound is an easy test to have done, there is no radiation, and it is minimally uncomfortable. Also, you can expect a probe in the vagina.
