Placenata Previa: If the placenta did not implant directly over the cervix, in most cases the pregnancy will move up into the uterus as the uterus expands.

Should be fine: Your chances of carrying to term should not be any different. The places where implantation of the embryo can be a problem include the cervix, junction of the fallopian tube and uterus, cesarian scar, and outside the uterus in the fallopian tube. Followup ultrasound can always be performed if there is a question.
