If baby is born today (36 week 2 day) then is it normal or he will be considered premature?

Premature: Due dates are estimates. That means the baby might be a bit younger than 36 2/7 weeks, which would be a bit bad (but not really, really bad), or the baby might be a bit older than 36 2/7 weeks, which would be better. We wish for babies to stay inside Mom until the 38 week point is reached... unless there is some danger to staying inside Mom.

Was given surfactant as an infant due to extreme prematurity, now recent lung CT shows inflammation, minimal bilateral scar and unspecific aveolar density. I also had COVID recently. Could this be due to the surfactant or Covid and can it be reversed?
My exclusively breastfed son was 9 pounds 1 oz at birth - 93% percentile. At two weeks appointment he was around 9lbs or or 70% percentile. Now at around 4 weeks, he is around 50% percentile. Is it normal for babies to drop in percentile this early?
