Type One Vs Two: There are two main types of diabetes. Type one is an autoimmune disease with no cure. Insulin via pump or shots with careful BG monitoring is the treatment. Type two is caused from eating too much food and sedentary lifestyle. It is cured with permanent behavior change. 10 fruits and veggies daily, 8 glasses water, 10k steps daily, and maintaining BMI 20 to 25, normal weight.

High blood glucose: The best and the easiest way to cure diabetes is by completely stopping high carb foods (grains, lentils, potatoes based items). Also avoid milk protein since it causes insulin resistance. Low carb food items such as meats, non starchy vegetables, avocados, some saturated fat (butter, ghee, coconut oil), olive oil are very effective in normalizing blood sugars and may avoid the need for meds.

One can control it: Diabetes is a disease in which your blood sugar levels are too high. Insulin produced by pancreas keeps the glucose down. In type 1 diabetes, your body does not make insulin. In type 2 diabetes, your body does not use insulin well. Diabetes can be managed well and you can lead a normal life but know that it can not be cured unless you get new pancreas. Proper lifestyle change and/or med can help.

Diabetes: Diabetes is a controllable condition. It depends on what type. If it is Insulin dependent then you will need Insulin your lifetime. However, if it is type 2 diabetes, diet and exercise can eliminate the condition. I like for patient to take glyconnutrients. check it out www.thedocstu.com
