Could you tell me what are some diabetes cures or remedies on the market?

None: There are no cures for diabetes. The disease is controlled through a combination of diet, exercise and medications.

Type one or two?: A cure for type two diabetes is exercise and proper diet. This is a reversible disorder. If you are referring to type one diabetes, there is no cure, but we are coming close to having a "bionic pancreas" which is a combination of insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitor, and a computer program to control the insulin dispensed.
