Diabetes: Diabetes is a condition caused by uncontrolled blood sugar levels. In the majority of cases it is caused by the resistance of our body to process that blood sugar. It's main complication is cardiovascular disease which is the leading cause of death. No definite cure found yet for diabetes but definitely can be controlled with diet, exercise and medications if the first two failed to control it.
